Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • ¼ cup brunoise cucumber
  • 1 small shallot minced
  • 1 large pinch of fresh parsley chiffonade
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 whisper of ground cayenne
  • ½ tsp ground coriander

Instructions

  • Mix cucumber, shallot, vinegar, and all spices. Let rest for a few minutes. Stir in yogurt and parsley. Feel free to adjust seasoning according to your taste.
